with Real Friends

Another funny and memorable day with my friends. We went to Tagaytay's Palace in the Sky to feel the cool breeze, ate Bulalo at Bulalo Point Restaurant and spent the night in Nuvali.

What is a real friend? This is it:

In good times, or bad times - always on your side forevermore - that's what friends are for! Won't leave you, won't judge you, have the same faith and always there for you through thick and thin.

Mystery Customer

To reveal or not to reveal?

I cut my teeth on what I would call the regular mystery shops. I have chosen to become a mystery customer to one of the biggest Coffee Company, evaluated their products, services, employees anonymously, and then went home to fill out a report online.

But don't worry, I gave them a passing grades. ;) I am an Entrepreneurial Management graduate and I know how to evaluate the quality of products and services of a business. Working in a fast food chain when I was in college is also an advantage for being a mystery customer as I am quite familiar with all the services that a restaurant could offer.

Being a mystery customer is hard because I have to pretend that I am just an ordinary customer. Changing my name when evaluating store, ordering given food and beverages, answering given questions and sending the results to the Company's Marketing Department are part of my tasks. Each store should get my satisfaction. Customer satisfaction reflects the expectations and experiences that the customer has with a product or service. Expectations reflect both past and current product evaluation and use experiences.

Others consider it as part time job but for me it's a good and unique experience.
